The governing body
The Board of Directors — the representatives of the 32 member teams — meets twice a year to review and plan the federation's activities. Each team sends two delegates, one of whom serves as an alternate; each team has one vote.
32 member clubs
Directors are elected by their own teams, and the Board is the final governing body of ESFNA. Some directors have served since the beginning and others have just joined; a little-known fact is that the Board includes women directors too. The only way to become a director is to join a team and be elected to represent it.
