The officers
The Executive Committee (EC) is made up of officers elected from the Board of Directors: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Finance Chair, Public Relations Officer, Internal Auditor, Business Manager and Tournament Coordinator.

How it works
The President and the Secretary each serve a three-year term; the other officers are elected at the general board meeting for two years. An officer can be elected for two terms only.
The EC carries out the short- and long-term decisions of the Board of Directors, including the detailed preparation of the annual sports and cultural event. It meets regularly, in person or by teleconference, throughout the year.
Since 1984, not counting the current officers, ESFNA has had 10 Presidents, 6 Vice Presidents, 9 Secretaries, 12 Treasurers, 8 Internal Auditors, 8 PR Officers, 6 Business Managers, 7 Tournament Coordinators and 4 Finance Chairs.
